
SHREE JAGDAMBA GROUP
Shree Jagdamba Group.’s history started in 1965, when the company was founded by Late Shri Kedar Nath at Gohana, Haryana, under the name “Matu Ram Kedar Nath Rice Mill.” The mill was operated by Late Shri Kedar Nath and his son, Late Shri Jai Kishan Goel. At the same time, Late Shri Jai Kishan Goel envisioned using high-production machinery to produce rice in larger quantities. In 1981, the mill was renamed “Shree Jagdamba Rice and General Mills.” Mr. Satish Goel (elder son of Late Shri Jai Kishan Goel) joined the business in 1985.
In 1994, Mr. Gian Bhushan Goel (younger son of Late Shri Jai Kishan Goel) joined the business.
In 2010, Mr. Samarth Goel (son of Mr. Satish Goel) joined for the smooth operation and continued growth of the mill. In November 2009, the mill became a private limited company and was named “Shree Jagdamba Agrico Exports (P) Ltd.”
In 2017, Mr. Raghav Goel joined Shree Jagdamba Agro Extracts (P) Ltd.
In 2025, Mr. Shalok Goel extended the family legacy by joining Shree Jagdamba Group, bringing fresh vision and renewed commitment to the continued growth and success of the business.
